The budget Function includes also all the tools for Transfer of Funds from one project to another within the same business unit or to another business unit, while comprising both an approval process and audit trail, which makes it easy to track where the money is going and why.

Engineering companies that provide services to customers can set up their Capexplan account in order to provide each customer with access to their own business units only. For example, an engineering company with customers A, B, C, and D can provide different access to each customer so that each customer can only see their own companies and their business units. Each customer can participate in the budget creation of their company’s business units. The same logic can apply for everything related to Capex Management, such as Request Approvals and Tracking.
