Software implementation can make the difference between a successful project and a complete disaster. Having an automated capex management process is much more than simply purchasing a capex management software and starting to create capex and opex requests. You need to have a successful capex software implementation.
The capex and opex management process includes many elements which are related to each other. Because of this, you need to have a system that will understand all those elements. And your system also needs to have the ability to make them all work together. Finally, your end users need to accept the product, and actually use it. And that part is also very important. Without internal acceptance from end users, even the best product will not work well and your company will not achieve the anticipated results.
It is the implementation that will determine if the overall process is a success or a failure.

At Almiranta, the concept of failed implementation does not exist. Simply because we know how high the stakes are, both for you and for us. And to prove it, we only invoice our customers once they complete a successful implementation. Period.
Each implementation is important, regardless of the size of our customer. Each capex software implementation, whether simple or complex follows a well-established project process which consists of multiple phases. We then break down each phase into smaller tasks which are easy to understand, implement, and validate.

For each phase of your Capexplan implementation account, in order for us to deliver a successful capex software implementation each time,  specific team members are assigned to your account. They are specialists in their field such as general implementation and set up, budget and approval flows, integration, data upload, as well as other fields. They work closely with you to first explain what basic information is needed, and in what format. Then, working in small teams, they will configure your account. At each phase of the implementation they will show you exactly how the implementation was done, and how. This approach has the advantage of enabling us to train your Super Users during the implementation process itself and for them to have gain confidence in managing your account. By the time that we complete your account implementation, your Super Users will already know Capexplan inside and out.

A typical Capexplan implementation will
normally have between 3 and 5 points of contacts, to provide you with help and support during the entire process. They will follow you from start to go-live and provide a smooth transition to the Hypercare and support teams which will provide long term assistance afterwards.
